Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our Zoho implementation services.

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

  • After project kickoff, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refunds

  • Full refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours.

  • Partial refunds may apply based on project stage.

  • No refunds once the project is completed.

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.


Shipping and Delivery Policy
